The golf club La Siesta is built around a residential area in Calahonda.
The course is designed by Enrique Canales who managed to give the course an impression of playing on a much larger golf course.
On the 7th hole, maybe even a wooden club is needed to reach the green. A nice pair of 3 hole courses, where it is very good to practice the short play and learn to get into raised greens. However, you should be aware that the residential buildings are dangerous near the golf course.
The club's bar-restaurant offers magnificent views of the Mediterranean and the last golf course. The golf club is private but welcome to visiting greenfee players.
La Siesta is found in the Calahonda residential area, 15 km from Fuengirola in the direction of Marbella on the Costa del Sol.
